curried chickpeas and blackbeans

Ingredients
can of chickpeas rinsed and drainedcan of blackbeans rinsed and drainedcan of diced tomoatoescurry powderginger root or powderonionolive oil
Directions
heat oil in large skillet over medium heat.
add onion and ginger. saute for about 3 minutes.
add curry and stir to coat onions evenly.
add tomatoes w/ juices. cook 1-2 minutes or until slightly thickened. stir well.
add black beans, chickpeas and salt to taste.
stir to coat evenly.
cover, reduce heat. add cilantro/ parsley and lemon juice.
serve over preferred rice.
