Lincolnshire Sausage and Lentil Casserole

8 Eat Smart Lincolnshire Sausages1 tbsp Olive Oil, 3 Garlic Cloves Crushed3 Carrots SlicedLentils can drained = 265 grams 1 cup frozen Peas3 Celery Stalks Sliced6 Medium Potatoes chopped into cubes2 tbsp Lea & Perrins Worcestershire SauceBeef stock CubeCan of Crushed Tomatoes
Preheat oven to 200 or gas mark 6.
Heat oil and fry onions and sausages until cooked. Add the garlic to the mixture.
Remove from heat and cut sausages into 2 inch chunks. Put them back in the pan. Add the rest of the ingredients and warm through. Add more water if needed. Bring mixture to a boil.
Remove from heat and place ingredients into an oven proof covered casserole dish.
Cook for 40 minutes in the oven.
Serve in bowls with crusty bread or on its own.
