Chicken Burrito Soup

Ingredients
2 cups fat free chicken broth1 cup water2 tsp. low sodium taco seasoning1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. dried parsley flakes1 cup frozen corn1/4 cup each red and green pepper, chopped2 tomatoes, chopped1 cup chicken breast, no skin, chopped6 oz red kidney beans1 1/2 oz uncooked pasta, your choice (1 cup cooked)
Directions
In a large saucepan, combine chicken broth, water, taco seasoning, garlic and parsley flakes. Add corn, red and green pepper, onion, chicken, kidney beans and tomatoes. Mix well to combine. Bring mixture to a boil. Stir in uncooked noodles. Lower heat, cover and simmer about 15 minutes or till veggies and noodles are tender, stirring occasionally.

Serves 4 (1 1/2 cup per serving)
Freezes well.
