Sausage and Corn Chili

Ingredients
1 lb bulk reduced fat italian sausage1 tbsp dried minced onion1 can kidney beans, rinsed and drained1 can whole kernel corn, drained1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce1 cup picante sauce1 cup water1 tsp chili powder
Directions
In large saucepan, cook sausage and onion. Stir in remaining ingredients. Simmer, uncovered, until heated through.

    I just made this recipe and it was a big hit. I used turkey sausage and some lean beef. It could use a little more tomato sauce, but it was delicious! - 2/1/11
