Ingredients
Ingredients: Mushrooms, cooked, 7 smallCelery, cooked, 2 stalks Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped (remove)Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup, chopped or sliced Lime Juice, 1 lime yields-- I use a lime juice extract and used about 3 tablespoonsGarlic, 1 clove La Tortilla Factory, Whole Wheat Low Carb Tortilla, 4 serving
Directions
Saute in a non-stick frying pan or a wok until you can smell it cooking (they're crispier then...if you want them softer, keep cooking for a few more minutes). You can really add anything to this wrap! I like a jalepeno peppers, salsa, or chicken-- very filling and so quick!
