Tuna Hash

Onions, raw, 1 cup, choppedGreen Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, choppedOlive Oil, 1 tbspTuna, Canned in Water, 1 can (12.5 oz), drainedRed Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup, chopped or slicedBaked Potato (baked potatoes), 4 potato (2-1/3" x 4-3/4")
Directions
Makes 4 sevings.

Heat olive oil in skillet. Add onions and green peppers. Saute until soft and onions are translucent. Stir in tuna and tomato. Heat until warmed through. Chop up a baked potato on a plate and top with 1/4 of tuna mixture.
