Italian Breaded Tilapia

1/2 cup - Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian StyleTilapia - 2 servings (about 7 oz)Extra Virgin Olive Oil (amount varies)
1. Preheat oven to 500 degrees
2. Wash the tilapia and pat dry with a paper towel
3. Coat your baking pan with extra virgin olive oil
4. Put the 1/2 cup of bread crumbs on a plate
5. Place one piece of fish in the bread crumbs and coat it well with the crumbs on both sides.
6. Repeat with the second piece of fish
7. Place the fish on your baking pan
8. Drizzle some extra virgin olive oil on the top of the tilapia.
9. Cook the fish for 15-20 minutes (until you see the edges start to brown)
10. Enjoy!!!
