Chicken, Black Beans & Rice dinner

Ingredients
1 TBS Olive Oil1 tsp paprika1/2 tsp sugar12 ounces Chicken tenderloins (or breast)1 TBS garlic2 c cooked brown rice, chilled1 can of black beans, rinsed and drained1 c frozen french cut green beans
Directions
put oil, paprika, and sugar in a pan and warm. Add thawed chicken breasts and coat with the oil. Add garlic. Cook until the chicken is no longer pink in the middle. Add the green beans and cook until thawed.
Add the brown rice, beans, warm and serve.
Makes 4 servings.
