Zesty and Crunchy Tuna Salad

Ingredients
I can bumblebee solid white albacore tuna in water, drained1 tbsp. Kraft light miracle whip (add another 1/2 tbsp. if desired)1/4 c. green bell pepper, chopped1 large stalk celery, finely chopped2 tbsp. chopped red onion1/2 tsp. dried dill weed1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Directions
Chop all veggies, drain the tuna, then mix all ingredients together. Serve between 2 slices of toast, or serve between 2 Arnold sandwich thins. At 100 calories per sandwich thin, that's still only a total of 370 calories for lunch! I like to add a piece of fruit with mine as well! This recipe makes 1 serving - yes you can eat the whole recipe!!!
