Salmon Salad Sandwich

Ingredients
1/4 lb Broiled Atlantic Salmon Fillet 1 Toasted Sourdough English Muffin 1 Tbsp Light Sour Cream 1/4 cup Chopped Peeled Cucumber 1 pinch Black Pepper 1/4 tsp Mrs. Dash Garlic Herb Salt Substitute 1 pinch Salt 1 Tbsp Light Mayonnaise 1/4 Tbsp Lemon Juice
Directions
Flake broiled salmon and add mayo, sour cream, lemon juice, seasonings and chopped cucumber Mix gently to make salad.
2. Split and toast english muffins.
3. Spread salmon salad on each muffin.
