Tita's Pico de Gallo

Ingredients
1 small can diced tomatoes with juice4 firm ripe Roma tomatoes, diced1 medium onion, diced1 Serrano pepper or to taste1/2 cup chopped cilantro1/2 cup lime juice2 cloves minced garlic1 tsp salt1/8 tsp cayenne pepper1/4 tsp cumin 2 tbsp Splenda
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Open and empty the can of diced tomatoes into the bowl. Add the diced Roma tomatoes, onions, and cilantro. Next, carefully slice open the Serrano pepper and remove the seeds. Finely mince the pepper, but try not to get any of the oils from the pepper or seeds on you skin, as it will burn. Add it to the bowl with the tomatoes and onions and add all the remaining ingredients. Mix gently and refrigerate for a couple of hours for the flavors to blend.

This should keep in the refrigerator for 7 to 10 days.
