Carb-Counter Orange Dream Cheesecake

Ingredients
1 Honey Maid Honey Graham, crushed2/3 cup boiling waterNonstick cooking spray1 package (0.3 ounce) JELL-O Orange Flavor Sugar-Free Gelatin1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN 2% Milkfat Low Fat Cottage Cheese1 tub (8 ounce) PHILADELPHIA Fat Free Cream Cheese2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Sugar Free Whipped Topping
Directions
Sprinkle crumbs onto bottom of 8 or 9 inch springform pan* sprayed with cooking spray.
Add boiling water to gelatin mix in a large bowl; stir 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Cool 5 minutes; pour into blender. Add cheese; blend well. Return to bowl. Gently stir in Cool Whip; pour into springform pan. Smooth top.
Refrigerate 4 hours or until set. Loosen cheesecake from side of pan before removing rim.

*Substitute 9 inch pie plate or pre-made crust of the springform pan.
