Ingredients
4 Eggs2 Egg Whites1/4 Skim Milk1 Cup Chopped Spinach1 Tomato (diced)2 Tablespoons Fat Free Feta CheeseSalt & Pepper To Taste
Directions
Mix milk in with the eggs and egg whites. Start to cook eggs on the stove, then put in spinach, then put in tomatoes, then put in feta... when done add salt and pepper to taste, and sprinkle a little extra feta on top! ...and then eat it! Makes 3 servings
