Ginger Muffins

Ingredients
1/3 cup canola oil1/2 cup brown sugar1 egg1 cup sorghrum3 cups flour1.1/2 tsp. soda1/2 tsp salt1 tsp cinnamon1 tsp ginger1/4 tsp cloves1 cup water1/2 cup raisins1/2 cup chopped nuts
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients together. Add oil, water, and egg and mix well. Fold in raisins and pecans. Spoon into a 12 muffin pan. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
