Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients
3 cups quick cook oatmeal1 cup brown sugar, unpacked1 cup milk 1% or skim1/2 cup melted butter or margarine2 tsp baking powder1 tsp ground cinnamon1/4 tsp kosher salt2 large eggs
Directions
*Makes 9 servings*
1. Grease a 9 x 9 or 8 x 8 baking dish.
2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
3. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
4. Evenly spread oatmeal mixture into baking dish.
5. Bake at 350 for 40 - 45 minutes.
