Ingredients
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and grease muffin pan with cooking spray.Flour, whole grain, 1.5 cupBrown Sugar, .5 cup, packedBaking Powder, 1 tspBaking Soda, .5 tspwhisk together above ingredients, set asideBanana, fresh, 1 cup, mashedEgg, fresh, 1 Canola Oil, 5 tbsp Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 6 tbsp Dannon Lowfat Vanilla Yogurt, .25 cup Vanilla Extract, 1 tsppure almond extract, 1 tspMix above wet ingredients until smooth. Gradually add flour mixture and stir until blended. Add 1/3 cup sliced almonds and mix thoroughly.Fill muffin cups three-quarters full. Bake until a toothpick inserted comes out clean - about 20 minutes.

    actually there's a half cup of brown sugar. If you made it without and it tasted good I may have to try cutting down the amount!
