Cooked Oatmeal Scones

Ingredients
1/2 C. cooked oatmeal (make with water & allow to cool)1/3 C. Milk7/8 C. Flour1T Smart Balance Buttery Spread with Omega-31T Honey2 t Baking Powder
Directions
Mix together the oatmeal, half of the milk, and the flour. Mix in the butter, honey and baking powder with the rest of the milk until all ingredients are combined.

Dough should be mixed into a rough ball. (add more milk or flour for desired consistency).

Use an ice cream scoop to put into ball shape and flatten by hand onto a greased cookie sheet. (Or- roll dough into a loaf and cut into 6 wedges. Place wedges on greased cookie sheet).
