Ingredients
Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Zucchini, baby, 1 large, dicedMushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, pieces or slices, sliced*Tomato, crushed, 2 cupOnions, raw, 2 small, dicedGarlic, 5 cloves, minced
Directions
Cook Zucchini in olive oil for 2 minutes over medium heat. Then add onions, garlic, mushrooms, and cook for 5 more minutes. Add Crushed Tomatoes and heat for 2 minutes or so.
