Banana Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
1/3 Cup Smart balance Buttery Spread1/2 Cup Evaporated Cane Juice Sugar2 Egg Whites1/2 Cup Mashed Ripe Banana1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour1 tsp Baking Powder1/4 tsp salt1/8 tsp baking soda1 cup Semi- Sweet Chocolate Chips
Directions
In a small mixing bowl cream Smart balance and evaporated cane juice together. Beat the egg, banana, and vanilla. In another bowl combine flour ,baking powder, baking soda, and salt ; gradually add to creamed mixture. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto baking sheets coated with coking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 9 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Remove to wire racks to cool.
