1 can of tomato soup1 head cabbage chopped1 medium onion minced1 can kidney beans3 cloves of garlic chopped1 lb of lean ground turkeybasil, salt, and pepper to taste
Brown ground turkey with onions and garlic
Add chopped cabbage, kidney beans, & tomato soup let simmer until cabbage is at desired texture. Serve
I often add red pepper flakes to mine because I love a little heat. I also use a salt substitute. We eat this as a meal with no sides and it fills us up!
