Ingredients
1 cup yellow corn meal11/4 cup white flour1/4 cup sugar1/2 tsp salt3 tsp baking powder1/3 cup margarine1 egg1 cup milk
Directions
Mix together dry ingredients. Cut in margarine then add milk and egg and stir until just mixed. Bake in greased muffin cups until golden.
