Chile con carne

Ingredients
1 lb. ground turkey1 medium onion, chopped2 T Olive oil3 green chiles, chopped1-16 oz can diced tomatoes1-16 oz can white kidney beans1-16 oz can black beans1-14 oz can tomato sauce1-6 oz can tomato paste2 T. chile powder, or to tastegarlic salt, to taste
Directions
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion and green chilies and cook until the onions are tender. Add the ground turkey, cooking til turkey is no longer pink. Add the diced tomatoes, both beans, tomato sauce and paste; mix well. Add the chile powder and garlic salt. Let the chile simmer covered for 15 minutes, adding water if chile becomes to thick. Serve with crackers or chips!
