Ingredients
2 Tbsp. Kikkoman teriyaki sauce and marinade.33 c. cooked white long grain rice.33 c. chopped fresh cabbage.25c. diced green pepper.125c. diced onion.33Tbsp. Smart Balance Buttery Spreadabout .33c. water1 tsp. soy sauce2 oz. boneless, skinless chicken breast
Directions
Marinate your chicken for a few hours in the Teriyaki sauce. Put chicken, cabbage, green pepper, and onion in a small fry pan with the Smart Balance. Cover and cook on low, stirring occasionally, until chicken is done and vegetables are tender. Add rice and a little water. Stir and cover. Add more water if necessary to keep it from sticking. Cook about 5 minutes to blend flavors into the rice. Serve with a little soy sauce on top. Makes 1 serving.
