Ingredients
3.5 cups Flour1.5 tbsp baking powder2 tbsp Canola oil1 tsp sugar1 tsp salt1 cup water1 cup skim milk
Directions
Mix all ingredients and knead into dough.

Divide into 9 round biscuit shapes. Bake at 350 for about 20-30 minutes.

    It was Ok not the best scone I have ever had. I did use whole wheat flour and added dried cranberries. - 9/16/10
