Ingredients
1 cup raw Almonds, soaked 1/2 medium Banana1 Tbsp Maple Syrup2 Tbsp Water1 Tbsp Sunflower oil1 tsp Cinnamon1/4 cup Raisins
Directions
Once the almonds have soaked, process them in a food processor until they have made a small wet meal (if your almonds didn't come straight out of their soaking water, you may need to add some water). Add everything but the raisins and blend everything until mixed well. Add the raisins and pulse a few times.

Using a Tablespoon measure, form the cookies into cookie shapes. They will not spread, at all, so be sure they are flat if you want them flat. Yes, the batter will be sticky. If your hands get too sticky to manage, wash them. Or you can stick them between waxed paper...but its really not a big deal to use your hands.

These are quick and easy to make, but how long they take to cook depends on how you want to cook them. I have a dehydrator and put them in anywhere from 4-8 hours. Four if you want them very soft in the middle. Eight if you would like them to be firmer.

If you don't have a dehydrator, put your oven on its lowest setting, keeping the oven cracked, and check them from time to time. Your oven will likely be slightly warmer than a dehydrator, so it should not take as long.
