Vegitarian Teriyaki

Ingredients
2 whole THINLY sliced green bell peppers2 whole THINLY sliced yellow bell peppers2 whole THINLY sliced red bell peppers1 whole roughly chopped medium onion1 package french sliced mushrooms1/2 package terriyaki sauce mix
Directions
Makes 4 Servings

Roughly chop onion
Thinly slice all 6 of the bell peppers (VERY THIN)

In a warm pan add 2 all ingredients (mushrooms on top as they will burn / cook faster than others) add a tbs of water to get some steam and to speed up the cooking. Cover if you cannot stir without overflow. Once softened, mix teriyaki powder with 1/2 cup of water. Pour into veggie mix still on low heat. sauce will thicken. Let stand until sauce has thickened to your liking. Serve and enjoy. For a little spice add a few dashes of Hot Sauce.
