Vivian's Summer Borscht

Ingredients
I cup of chopped carrotsbeets (more if you please)yellow potatoesgreem beans (and yellow if you please)onion5-7 sprigs of dill1 cup of fresh or frozen peas1 tsp salt1 tsp pepper
Directions
Cut all vegitable in bite size pieces. Bring pot to a rapid boil for 10 minutes. Tear sprigs of dill off and straigt into the pot. Reduce heat to a simmer to 1.5 to 2 hours. All vegitable should be soft and your house should have the aroma of the soup. Add a dallop of low fat sour cream on the side if you wish. No limit on dill. If you like dill add more.
