Ingredients
1 cup ground psyllium husk1 cup ground flax seed3 Tablespoons Cinnamon1 tablespoon Chili powder2 tablespoons Ginger powder1 tablespoon ground cardamom
Directions
Makes 38 1 tablespoon servings:

mix all ingredients and store in a quart size jar. For your first batch, cut all the spice amounts in half until you see how you like the spiciness of the drink.

To serve: Mix 1 ounce of your favorite juice with eight ounces of water. Add one tablespoon mix and shake together. Drink QUICKLY or it will get too thick to drink!
