Baked Chicken Breast & Rice

Ingredients
2 Half's Chicken Breast8 Carrots1 cut Broccoli2 TBSP chopped onion1 tsp Olive Oil1/2 cup Brown Rice (dry)1 Cup Water
Directions
Pour rice in baking dish with water, olive oil, the veggies, rosemary and lay chicken on top. Bake at 350 Degrees for approximately 90 minutes or until chicken is done.
Cut chicken into cubes and stir with veggies. Makes 4 1-cup servings.
