1 cup raw cashews, soaked for at least two hours2 tsp fresh lemon juice2 small cloves of garlicup to 1/4 cup water1/2 tsp sea salt1/4 tsp fresh cracked black pepper
Put all ingredients into food processor and blend until well combined, scraping down the sides occasionally.
Let sit at room temperature for about 2 hours, then refrigerate.
