turkey lettuce wraps

Directions
1/2 head butter lettuce separated into leaves.3 ounces honey roasted turkey breast sliced 1 roasted peeled (or 1 raw) red bell pepper1 peeled cucumber1 sliced medium tomato2 ounces lowfat cheddar cheese2 Tablespoons lowfat Ranch dressing
Place all ingredients on a plate. To eat put a little bit of each item (cheese, turkey, peppers, tomato and cucumber) inside of a lettuce leaf, spoon some of the dressing on the leaf, wrap up in a roll and eat.
