Ingredients
10 tbsp or bacon bits (or 6 slices of bacon)28 oz diced tomatoes 1/4 tsp of Splenda (or 1 1/2 tsp. sugar)1 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper16 oz bow-tie pasta1/4 c. nonfat evaporated milk (or 1/4 c. heavy whipping cream)
Directions
Makes 10 1-cup servings.

While cooking pasta, in a separate pan, combine tomatoes, sugar, salt and pepper. Bring the tomato mixture to a boil and then reduce to low and simmer for 15 minutes. Right before combining the cooked pasta & sauce, add the evapoated milk to the tomato mixture. Combine pasta and sauce. Top each serving with 1 tbsp of bacon bits.
