Susan's Individual Meatloafs

Ingredients
2 Nature's Own WhiteWheat hamburger buns2 medium eggs1/2 c. skim milk1 T. dried onion flakes1 T. Worcester Sauce1/4 c. ketchup1 T. mustard2.33 lb 82% lean ground beef
Directions
Break up hamburger buns in a big bowl. No need to make crumbs, just small pieces. Add milk and eggs, mixing well. Let sit for a few minutes until the bread absorbs milk/egg mixture and is dissolved. Add next 4 ingredients, mixing well. Add small pieces of ground beef, mixing well with a fork. Shape into 10 small meatloaves. Refrigerate until ready to bake. Can be frozen after they firm up in the refrigerator.

Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
