Broccoli Chinese Salad

Ingredients
Steamed broccoliSesame oil and soy sauceWalnuts
Directions
Cut the broccoli into small heads and chunks of spear.
Steam for 5 - 10 minutes, depending on how soft you like it.
Let cool.
Swirl sesame oil into a large salad bowl. Toss the broccoli in, sprinkle on soy sauce and turn several times to dress.
Chop the walnuts small, and add. Toss again and chill.
Makes 4 servings as a large salad, more if as a starter. You can add chopped garlic but not if it's for a lunchbox, the smell would be overpowering.
