3.5 cups butternut squash3 eggs1&1/8th cup coconut, shredded and unsweetened1 tsp ground ginger4 packets splenda
Peel butternut squash and mash. Mix with the rest of the ingredients and bake. Put it into a 9X13 pan and bake until brown on the top- about 60 minutes.
