Ingredients
1 Medium Beet, finally shredded Olive Oil, 4 1tspFlour, white, .75 cupFlour, whole grain, .75 cupcardamon, 1 tspPepper, black, 1 tspSalt, .5 tsp2 TB water
Directions
Mix all ingredients (except 2 tsp of the olive oil) into a smooth dough. Add additional water cautiously if needed.

Split into 9 pieces and flatten into flat discs. Cook on both sides in the remaining olive oil.
