chicken rice a roni and broccoli

Ingredients
2 box rice a roni6 or less tbls. unsalted butter1 1/2 cup chicken cubes1 tbls extra virgin oilve oil2 stalks broccoli
Directions
In large fry pan drizzle 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil and 4 tablespoons unsalted butter add chicken and brown lightly. Once browned add rice a roni and cook per instructions. Simmer 15 minutes. Cut broccoli flowerett from stalk and seperate in to smaller pieces, place in glass baking pan with 1 tablespoon water and cover with plastic wrap, and cook in microwave for 4 min.
When rice a roni is done cooking fold in the cooked broccoli. Serve Make approxiate 10 1-cup servings.
