Olive Oil, 1.5 tbsp (remove)*Balsamic Vinegar, 1.5 tbsp (remove)Soy sauce (shoyu), low sodium, 1 tbsp (remove)Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp (remove)Oregano, ground, 1 tsp (remove)Salt, 1 dash (remove)Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove)Garlic, 1 clove (remove)
Directions
this is a simple marinade--- put all ingredients in a ziplock, and put two palm- size portions of pork in to marinade for an hour! its GREAT! cook on a george forman or grill till totally done. The calories are just for the marinade!
