Ingredients
13.25 oz Whole Wheat Dry Spaghetti (Dry)0.25 tsp Garlic Powder0.125 tsp Cracked Black Pepper16 oz can Diced Tomatoes12 oz Tomato Paste16 ox can Black Beans4 tsp Sugar2 tsp Oregano 1.25 tsp Salt0.125 tsp Cayenne Pepper1 crumbled Bay Leaf
Directions
Makes 7 servings.

1. Cook pasta to desired firmness & set aside.
2. Add remaining ingredients to a saucepan and bring to a boil.
3. Lower heat & simmer for 20 - 30 minutes.
4. Remove Sauce from heat and serve over pasta.
