Creamy Chicken and Broccoli

Ingredients
Boneless skinless chicken breasts (1.7lb, 3-breasts), cut into bite sized pieces1 head broccoli (14oz) cut up2T minced garlic2 cans low sodium chicken broth1 8-oz block of fat free cream cheesewater as neededsalt and pepper as desired
Directions
Slice the chicken breasts into bite size pieces, and brown in 1t olive oil. Add broccoli, saute for a couple of minutes. Add the 2T minced garlic. Add chicken broth (2cans), and pasta noodles. Break the spaghetti noodles into approx 2 in lengths. Stir all together, trying to get the noodles into the liquid, cover and simmer for about 10 min until pasta is done. Stir occassionally during the cooking time, if you need more water, add a little, a quarter cup at a time if you feel the meal is sticking. When pasta is done, add the cream cheese, stir until melted in. Makes 9 1-cup servings.
