Fresh Tomato & Chik'n w/ Whole Wheat Penne

Ingredients
1 tsp olive oil2 small tomatoes - diced1/2 cup onion, diced2 cloves garlic, minced1/2 tsp Italian seasoning1 Quorn Naked Chik'n Cutlet, cooked & cubed2 oz whole wheat penne
Directions
Cook penne according to package directions.
Saute' garlic & onion in olive oil until onion is translucent.
Add tomato & sautee for 2-3 minutes.
Add cubed Quorn cutlet and cook until heated through - another 2-3 minutes.
Mix in penne & serve.
