Ingredients
12 oz. package medium-firm OR firm SILKEN tofu1/4 c. fresh lemon juice1/4 c. white vinegar1/4 c. light miso2 Tablespoons brown mustard1 teaspoon granulated garlic1 teaspoon each salt and pepper4 dashes Louisiana hot sauce (I use Frank's RedHot)1/2 tsp. soy sauce
Directions
Blend 'til smooth. Makes about 2 cups (or sixteen 2-tablespoon servings).
