2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil1 Pkg Jennie-O Sweet Italian Turkey Sausage (5 Links, remove casings)1 Pkg Butterball Ground Turkey (about 1 lb)1 jar of Ragu Chunky Garden Combination Spaghetti Sauce (2 lbs/13 oz jar)3/4c Green Peppers, chopped1c Vidalia Onions, chopped3 Tsp Garlic or minced garlic2 Tbsp Mrs Dash Garlic & Herb Seasoning2 Tbsp Mrs Dash Onion & Herb Seasoning2 Tbsp Black Pepper2 Tbsp Garlic Powder2 Tbsp Sweet Basil2 Tbsp Lawry's Salt-Free 17 Seasonings1 Tbsp Splenda Blend
Remove casing from sausage and mix with ground turkey. In large skillet or big pot, saute onion, garlic and green peppers for about 3 minutes. Add sausage & ground turkey and cook until no more pink. Drain excess liquid and add dry seasonings. Add jar of spaghetti sauce (I used Ragu, but really whatever is on sale). Add 1 Tbsp of Splenda and simmer for about 15 minutes while you cook and drain your spaghetti. Makes 7 1-cup servings.
