* Egg white, 2 serving * Cottage Cheese, Prairie Farms Low Fat Cottage Cheese, 0.25 cup * Market Pantry Lower Sugar Apples & Cinnamon Instant Oatmeal, 0.50 serving * trader josef's white whole wheat flour, 0.25 cup * Cinnamon, ground, .25 tsp * Baking Powder, .25 tsp
Mix everything except oats and flour in food processor.
Then add flour and oats. Cook in non stick skillet until firm on one side. Add blueberries if you like, then flip over.
