Southwest chicken

Ingredients
4 Chicken Breast, Market pantry diced tomatoes and green chillies 1 can = 2.5 servings, 1.5 cup Cheese, Kraft Mexican Style Taco Cheese, 0.75 cup Cilantro, raw, 2 tbsp (remove)*Cumin - ground (1 tsp), 1 tsp
Directions
preheat broiler
heat skillet on med heat
sprinkle both sides of chicken with half of cumin
Cook chicken till done
Remove from pan
add the rest of the cumin to the can of diced tomatoes and green chillies
then add to pan cook till heated through
return chicken to pan
spoon mixture over chicken
sprinkle with cheese
broil for 2 min
Top with cilantro
serving is one breast and .25 cup of tomato mixture
