Ingredients
Chicken Stock (Homemade the night before)No Yolk Egg NoodlesSweet Red PeppersGreen Bell PeppersRed Bell PeppersBanana PeppersGarlicOnionRed Ripe Tomatoes
Directions
Cook Noodles in stock (prepared the night before). Chop all other ingredients and add to pot. Simmer for 1 hour and serve! I add Cajun Seasoning and Red Pepper to the stock to give it an extra kick.
