2 c whole wheat flour1 c quick cook oatmeal1 c ground flax seed 6 T whole flax seeds4 whole eggs3T oilve oil2 scoops protein powder (sugar free, any flavor)about 24 oz soy milk, until desired texture is achievedone bananna 1T baking powderagave nectar (adjust to your desired sweetness)some cinnamon and nutmeg
combine all ingerients, mix, put into regular sized muffin cups, bake at 350 degrees until done.
