Stacey's Chicken Salad

Ingredients
2 cups leftover Predue roaster chicken, white meat2 celery stalks1 sm onion3 tbsp Light Miralce Whip/ Light Mayo2 tbsp Sweet RelishSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Chop chicken, celery, and onions.
Add Mayo and Relish
Mix well

This will make 4 1/2 cup servings.
