Ingredients
1 haas avocado2 tablespoons light sour cream1 teaspoon paprika1 teaspoon Mrs. Dash Table Blend
Directions
Mix all ingredients until smooth! If not serving immediately, add a little bit of lemon or lime juice to the mixture so it does not turn brown.

Makes approximately six 1-tablespoon servings.

    Instead of using light sour cream, use non-fat plain Greek yogurt. Same consistency and about the same flavor, but with less fat and added protein. I also added a little garlic, just because I love garlic. - 7/6/11
