Simple Quinoa

Ingredients
2 cups water (or broth)1 cup quinoa, rinsed well1/4 tsp sea salt
Directions
Bring the water to a boil
Add salt and quinoa to water
Lower heat, cover and simmer, 12-15 minutes
Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes
